Let me just start off and say that this company is so awesome to work for! I have been working for PenAir for 11 yrs. This is the best company I have ever worked for. I have always felt like part of the family. Penair has always been apart of the community and I love that. They care so much about the community and takes care of their employees. I love the management and I love our regional Manger Stephanie. She is the best!

Cons

The only thing I would have to say is sometimes we are short staffed and it's really hard.

As an employee of Pen Air you are treated like family and not just a number. Pen Air also has awesome employee benefits. Pen Air is a big supporter of community. I encourage you to become a part of the Pen Air family. I've been with Pen Air for 20 years.
