I have been employed at Pen Air FCU for over 6 years and I have seen MANY changes among the company, but one thing that is consistent is that the changes have brought BENEFIT. Benefit for the employees, benefit for the members, and benefit for the community. The pay is fair and the benefits are very good! More importantly, this is a team company - very family oriented and driven. The management know your name - you are not just a number. Involvement in the community has always been a very important factor for me and Pen Air allows for us to serve our community not just post a sign for recognition.

Cons

Not being able to wear jeans on Saturdays.
