Hard company to work for. Leadership is not on the same page. Most supervisors micromanage you BUT don't know what you actually do. It's all about what looks good on paper

Cons

Compensation is bad, benefits have been severely reduced, workload is ridiculous, every branch is short staffed, managers are scared to say anything at risk of being fired, there is no upward mobility. The list goes on and on. It’s good for getting a start to a career. But nothing more.
