They are making changes after changes with no extra pay. they are now micromanaging, you have to work extra Saturdays, limited to two people at a time on PTO. Short staffed. Call volume has increased and not enough people to cover the calls. They are literally pushing people away. The management definitely need some adjustments. Overall great company but could pay more and give more bonuses.

You have a job title but expect to do way more, you are asked to do so much. With no compensation. This used to be the best company to work for. The values were strong and member focused. For a non-profit organization, you are expected to reach sales goals. Member owned - But they do nothing for the benefit of the members or staff. Staffing issues are horrible, be prepared to work mandatory overtime. They say its because they cant get people to work, but that goes back to them excepting to much out of you. This is a stressful environment with always changing rules and whats expected of you. They will not tell you until your review and then use that as a reason for you to not get the raise you deserve. The current staff at any location front or back office is completely drained and exhausted. Just going through the motions, that should say a lot about the type of environment this is.
