Cons

The culture is a sham made up and is modeled after a hotel chain. The employees live in fear for their jobs. Well unless you are in the (In Group) You better get on the bus or you will be thrown under the bus. The mid management is vindictive and out of control. People may need to look at the travel and other perks the board of directors get. It may surprise the member/owners!
