Some good people at the credit union spread throughout the organization. Although many are fearful of upper management.

Cons

The management is morally bankrupt and have developed a horrible culture at the credit union. I do not recommend working for this credit union. The board of directors is obviously willfully absent in what is going on at the credit union.

Pen Air has made some changes to our business approach and our board of directors has been involved each step of the way. As with any change, some people will like it and thrive in the different environment, while others will feel it isn't for them. Pros

The company has some great people that work as line level employees and some managers. Benefits are good for a company this size.

Cons

Senior leaders are full of incompetence and a "yes" man mentality exists at the credit union. If you dissent with what executives and a chosen few within the credit union want, you will be shown the door. The culture at Pen Air has become one of fear. Employees keep their heads down, doing their work as there are people that will "rat" you out to senior leadership if they do not like you. Politics within the work place is out of control. The board is completely useless and turns a complete blind eye to what is happening to their credit union.

-PTO is not paid out anymore -PTO has a cap -CEO is changing things up to lower costs -Micro managing and two faced co-workers -Managers seem like they are waiting for a write up -You will be wrote up for anything they can find if you don't fit in -Training is lacking and the "resources page" is lengthy, and hard to search for what you need -You will be expected to drive long distances
