      I feel very happy working at Pena4. The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions There are lots of opportunities for growth at Pena4. Teams at Pena4 generally enjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what they want to work on. Everyone has the liberty to Voice out. It’s an awesome place to work! U have the opportunity to share new ideas and even implement them! A very transparent work culture! Pros: Flexible work hours, And at this time Pandemic Pena4 took good care of each and everything by giving them great opportunity to work from home, and also helping them with all their needs.
