      Unprofessional and Dishonest

      The most unprofessional organization I've ever been apart of. Hired a sales team then once sales were closing they let go the entire team. Unpaid commission is still an issue that is not being worked through. Family drama and not one member of management is on the same page.

      The base salary was decent.

      Cons

      Owner and management have no trust in their employees. Their vision is confused and always changing making it difficult to be successful. Once the marketing tools were in place they let the entire sales team go without warning and open proposals on the table.

Change is constant in our business and we do ask team members to be flexible as we engage with clients in a variety of industries that change frequently. Regarding your other comments, we have worked hard to implement marketing tools for our sales associates to be successful. While it is never an easy decision to release an employee from our company, we provide as much notice as possible. In addition, we always honor outstanding proposals and provide our sales associates commission for a generous extended time period. We also appreciate you providing advice to management. We will try harder not to micromanage and hire employees who we can trust to be nimble. Thank you and good luck on your next endeavor!

      The company had no idea about the market they were trying to grow into, they did 0 research and had no go to market strategy. The owners are very dishonest, they rolled out a commission structure then decided to fire the entire sales team because the manager quit with a week notice. They then denied the commission was rolled out and the ownership/executive team at a 15 person organization did not even acknowledge the firing. They try to market themselves as outsourcing, but have lost all 10 companies that signed contracts with them within a year.
