Pros

Excellent place to work. great place to work at, strong believer in work/ business ethics. Highly recommended for people who are looking forward for a stable career. Feels like 2nd home as here everyone are treated like family members. Management is very very helpful in terms of everything. Working here would really help you learn a lot of career growth things. Managers, Team Leads are very very supportive

Pros

Flexible work hours, And at this time of Pandemic Pena4 took good care of each and everything by giving them great opportunity to work from home.

Cons

It's been 2 years and counting. Haven't really found time to look out for Cons.
