Pros

Great work and great tiles Generous PTO and holidays! When I was first hired in a junior role, I always felt that my voice mattered Good diversity groups Overall I felt satisfied with my work and my contributions to my team mattered and learned alot with lateral movment

Cons

Low-pay and little upward mobility Hard to communicate with upper management Undervaluing of longtime employees After spending significant time in a support role and taking on new responsibilities, it was made clear that there was no mobility or additional compensation available

Pros

Nice people and amazing experiences with working on some legendary authors.

Cons

Low pay with high pressure environment and a heavy workload. Not a lot of support for entry level employees looking to build skills when so many hiring managers prefer to hire unicorns who come with all the skills already.
