All employees strive to support our community. Staff are compassionate and empathetic. Excellent place to work, grow, and make a difference in the lives of others.

Cons

It's community mental health. We deal with people who are often having one of their worst days. It can be difficult and exhausting.

PBH has a culture of growth and understanding. Our CEO began as a case manager! They love to watch people grow and advance in our organization.

the United Healthcare benefits are not the best. Copays are high and they pay for very little.
