Pros

I may have only been here a short time and have some rose colored glasses but even in my short time I have found so much good happening. Engagement with empoyees, benefits are not horrible, true desire to help one another as well as clients is remarkable.

Cons

we are all a bunch of mental health patients ourselves and have our moods.

Pros

Good HR that is very professional. CEO has a heart for the people Pay is not bad decent benefits

Cons

Bullying style of management complete with mean girls, inter and intradepartmental feuding and power struggles, write-ups threatening your license, and weekly personal supervision—all with a smile, of course. Gaslighting is the pastime of the day. Pay is not bad to start. Decent benefits. CEO has a heart for the people, but not able to protect staff from toxic management, unfortunately. If you like diagnosing everyone with ADHD you will be able to survive here. Be prepared to be known as "the candy store" in town.

Pros

Supportive supervisors. Good pay for a non-profit. Flexible. Random bonuses. Offers licensure hours, Lots of support if you need time off to take care of sick family. Offers bereavement days, good pto and sick time accruement. $$ for education and wellness. Lots of support for professional development. Very flexible and family oriented. Contributes to your retirement whether you do or not.

Cons

Community behavioral health is rough and burn out is real. Health insurance is not very good. Limited scope of practice.
