Pros

Being apart of a group of people that help the community is awesome. This job has wonderful benefits. There are so many educational paid trainings that are very much worth attending! There is always someone you can count on for help or support, even if you sometimes feel as though you cannot find it in your own department which I love. From my experience thus far, I would probably encourage joining a different department but just getting in the door to join the PBH team would be worth it.

Some changes should be made to improve the overall culture of this department.
