Pros

I've only been here for four months, and this is by far the best company I've ever worked for. Everyone is so nice and respectful and always willing to help even if it's not their department. The supervisors here are amazing people with so much to offer. If you feel overwhelmed about anything, everyone is so supportive and caring, you never feel like you're on your own. Trainings are well scheduled, benefits are great here, and we have a lot of fun activities offered.

Cons

I honestly haven't come across any cons, the clients can be challenging at times but that's the nature of this type of work.

The organization fosters a compassionate and supportive environment, where both employees and clients are treated with respect and care. It's inspiring to be part of a team that is so dedicated to making a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of our community. The leadership is committed to continuous professional development, providing staff with the tools and resources needed to grow in their careers.

Due to the high demand for services, staff sometimes find themselves stretched thin. However, leadership is actively working on addressing these challenges, and there is an ongoing commitment to improving support and resources for the team.
