You get a paycheck after giving them 80 hours of your life in advance

Cons

15 an hour.. over bearing micromanaging team leads, you take over 70 calls per day and then you get in trouble when the calls are transfers because they expect you to get every single call perfectly and ask them specific questions. They even want you to cut the people off and not let them talk just so you can get your call script out. Constant one on one meetings with your manager, letting you know that you’re not good enough I cry before work and after
