Pros

This company offers remote work, good salary, and great benefits.

Cons

They have multiple applications and processes with no single standard way of doing things. Scrum meetings last way more than the typical 15 minutes. Multiple meetings occur all throughout the morning, and you cannot really start doing REAL work until after lunch.
