Pros

There is room for growth within the the company. It makes you feel good to help other people continue their education. There are different "bonuses" depending on your department. You also get to work from home which saves me so much money. You are able to take and complete programs! Evens Associates degrees!

Cons

Not a lot of in person meeting opportunities. Sometimes it can be hard to communicate with coworkers via teams.

Great product, meaningful conversations with clients

Cons

Pros

Individuals collaborate across all titles. "Level" of position isn't relevant- no role is more important than another- each works for greater success of the team. Strong culture- really committed employees who are really talented.

Cons

When we are short staffed for any reason, we really have to stretch out to cover the role.
