      Pros

      Ultimately the individual team was awesome to work with but you must be proactive when dealing with management. They are slow, lumbering, and operate without clear direction.

      Cons

      Our department was announced as being dismantled in early January and as of February we still do not have an expected date of closure. Some estimated 2 or 300 people are now on notice for losing their jobs. Claims of transparency are conflicted by general lack of coordination between changes and updates.
