Pros

The benefits are good, job is easy, regular meetings to keep up to date on changes

Cons

Managers and team members are overworked (some doing the work of multiple people) and underpaid, very stressful, communications focus on the wrong things. Senior management are out of touch with lower level employees.

Pros

I worked with amazing people.

Cons

Found out last week in video meeting by head of department that they are laying everyone off. They are closing down buildings and only hiring in AZ on site. The head of the company who made this decision did not have the courage to face us. Instead made the head of our department who is also losing his job to tell us hey sorry we will be terminating everyone on this call within so many months . Offer the worst severance pay if you only worked 3 year or less you only get 2 weeks paid. Now we all are just waiting for the email saying we are being laid off depending on your seniority of how long you have been working with the company. So many amazing people distraught and anxious of the waiting and still having to help students until we are told to not come back. So many of them have worked for years some even close to retirement are being laid off no matter what. Some sadly were let go that day who were starting to train for the job. Before you apply for the state of AZ be sure to read all the labor laws and what to expect before you apply.

Pros

The mission, even though the executives only see $$.

Cons

Everything else. The mission is great, but the business side was greedy and kept buying schools and don’t listen to the people who work with students every day.
