Toxic senior management is tanking the company

Pros

I cannot think of a pro.

Cons

Health benefits, salary, and 401k options all took a nosedive after merger with Penn Foster. No cost of living OR merit-based raise options. Senior management is blatantly dishonest and makes impossible promises and goals. HR is a joke. There are laughable attempts at diversity or inclusion but nothing real. New CEO seems terminally checked out. CFO just jumped ship. This place is toxic and tanking fast.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Their culture is the epitome of corporate nonsense. From the top down, it's all talk, no action. Manager shows up late for everything and constantly makes promises of change that are never kept.
