New corporate leaders put profits over students

Pros

Used to be a great school under previous leadership. Good amount of PTO offered Free programs. Remote work, but that's changing now.

Cons

Since Frank Britt left its a diploma for profit mill. On 3rd CEO in 13 months. Some programs or courses don't have instructors, extremely high turnover. zero career pathing, you can go years without a raise or opportunity to advance. Employees who have served students for decades got let go so new corp leaders can promote friends who have been with company less than a year. Huge lay offs but dozens of new "VPs" promoted in last 12 months, yet there's still no direction. Students suffer for the mess. Extremely compartmentalized. now mandating that even if you were hired as remote you have to come in for company meetings if you live within 50 miles.

Pathetic

Pros

People are in and out of this place so they are always hiring. Deceitful and usury. Management will lie to your face for weeks. pay is meager. The mission is to make more people pay them not actually help them. No recognition or appreciation and the commission is all but allusive.

Cons

3 rounds of interviews and used good references for 15 dollars an hour. AE's got it pretty bad up there too. they are focused on DEI, virtue signaling, and numbers

Pros

Management is extremely supportive and wants everyone to succeed. They promote from within and are very good about acknowledging growth.

Cons

Hourly rate could be better
