Flexible hours, no micromanaging, barely knew my supervisor's name

Cons

Worked for them for almost 9 years. No raise and no appreciation. Told me that raises were against protocol for graders. I made $10/hr. Constant employee turnover.

The team leaders support the team members who diligently do their jobs. There is a lot of autonomy on this job even with the meetings and training involved. Breaks can be taken with a fair amount of flexibility.

Cons

The network software can be troublesome at times causing confusion among team members and supervisors alike.
