Pros

The team leaders support the team members who diligently do their jobs. There is a lot of autonomy on this job even with the meetings and training involved. Breaks can be taken with a fair amount of flexibility.

Cons

The network software can be troublesome at times causing confusion among team members and supervisors alike.

Empty Promises

Pros

Good product for the consumer. The employees, minus upper management. Everyone bonds over their disgust for Big Brother/Upper Management.

Cons

Upper management thinks their reps are stupid. The fact that they say "average" OTE is 120k is a BLATANT LIE. Less than 20% of the team hits quota and hitting quota aka "OTE" translates to less than 100k. Keeps reps by promising things that never come true. Offers unlimited PTO but guilt trips you anytime you try and take it. Monthly revenue for the company is half of what it was a year ago, but the blame is on the reps, no responsibility from those in charge.
