      I work in sales. Like any sales job, you are expected to hit, and exceed, a quota. If you follow the guidelines and listen to your leaders, you will succeed in this job. For me, being held accountable and being pushed to go above and beyond has been one of the best things for me and my career. I have learned to work hard and utilize my 8 hours a day wisely, to hit my expected quotas.

      Cons

      I wouldn't consider it too much of a con, but you are expected to hit a number each day. If you are short of your monthly commitment, you are advised to put in some extra work to get there.
