      Pros

      Currently relegates large sums to specific projects which allows for some possibly dynamic results. However, these projects are completed by third parties rather than inhouse departments.

      Cons

      No standardization in any courseware/courses -- all over the map. Lack of any kind of digital asset management system. SME's are rushed which introduces erroneous pedagogy. Poor communication interdepartmental communication.
