Pros

Nice base pay, decent bonuses, overtime available, work from home, friendly from management down to employees, good training, benefits start day one including time off. Excellent support.

Cons

Some weekend work required, but you get a day off during the week. There's a lot of information to learn. Transcript department can be slow. 12:30PM til 9PM schedule can leave you with little free time escpecially in this Covid world.
