Pros

Everyone is super nice from high up management to the team of reps. You can grow within the company if you work hard rather quickly. You have a benefit package and paid time off. I love working remotely as well, it allows me to be at work and be at home with my children in these uncertain times.

Cons

Pay is a little low for the busy service levels, and the amount of work.

Pros

The upper management care. They offer some off the wall extra benefits to keep you safe, sane and a happy employee. They truly believe in offering a work life balance. PF handled COVID with grace and patience and our company is now doing better than ever.

Cons

The health benefits are unaffordable for our family at $700/month, I hope they can eventually lower these premium/costs.

Thanks for sharing and glad to hear you’re finding that we care about our people – we do! If you’d like to discuss benefit plan options, reach out to our HR team at human_resources@pennfoster.edu. We’d be happy to help. We provide some medical plans with lower costs – starting at $35 per pay period for an individual and $155 for a family, and those plans include a $500 or $1000 annual Health Savings Account contribution. We get that healthcare is expensive and we aim to offer a variety of plans to meet everyone’s needs. We also absorbed most premium increases last year so our people didn’t have to. We’re sorry your premium is what it is, but we’re happy to see if other options work for you. Warmly, The Penn Foster Benefits Team
