Good Ideas, Poor Execution and Poor Pay

Pros

This company has great ideas, but they rarely succeed in successful launches of those ideas. Their mission is what kept me with them for as long as I stayed..

Cons

For a constantly evolving company, you would think they'd be more organized. Pay is incredibly low, and you will be overworked as a salaried employee.

Pros

I worked with some very good people. Even team leads tried to do their best. Working from home a few days a week.

Cons

The programs had so many flaws and technical issues. People were constantly calling in to scream about something that wasn’t their fault and half the time we wouldn’t even be able to resolve it. Would take multiple tickets, and weeks to resolve. Everyone was so busy that you would barely get help most days. There were people who tried but everyone was worn down so much from people yelling and abusing you over calls. It took a toll on mentally.

Thank you for your review. We understand that working in a student-facing role can be challenging. Our Admissions and Student Support teams are on the front lines of assisting our learners, and we deeply value their dedication and resilience. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed, and we are continually working to improve our internal systems and support structures to better serve both our staff and our learners. We encourage our employees to speak with their direct supervisors or managers whenever they are facing challenges, as we want them to feel supported in those moments. We appreciate your feedback.
