Pros

They provide equipment and free programs

Cons

Programs aren’t worth doing. They fire people constantly, especially in the sales area. If you aren’t a family member, you’re probably not going to last long with that company, the managers in the admission side are especially brutal. Mine would let me know how I was not going to be able to buy a home because she was going to have my job if I didn’t force my sales on people, she constantly micromanaged me, she made sure I couldn’t move to other departments because she wanted me fired. You take over 95 calls a day and most of them are transfers and then you get punished if you can’t make them buy a product but the thing is if they already bought the product, you can’t sell it to them again and that’s what got me fired. The pay is very minimal and there is very small amounts of commission like the other review Similar to mine. Actually the micromanaging and pay was absolutely unbearable.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate you highlighting the rewarding aspect of working from home and the impact you have on students' lives by helping them return to school. That's truly at the heart of what we do, and we're glad you recognize that. We also understand your concern regarding compensation, especially given the current economic climate. We continuously evaluate our compensation structure to ensure it remains competitive and reflects the value our team brings. We are constantly reviewing how we can better support our team members with other rewards like benefits and remote work, and we are committed to creating a sustainable and rewarding work experience for everyone.
