Pros

Innovative and progressive company, always looking to improve and create unique client offerings to better the educational opportunities for our learners. Boston has an open space environment and supports a remote workforce. No micromanagement, people are hired to do a great job and trusted to do just that.

Cons

Lacks in the area of role specific training, but makes up for it with a collaborative and helpful workforce.
