      Pros

      Great opportunities to impact the lives of students all over the world, very fulfilling environment, including many kind and intelligent individuals. Management is open to idea-sharing, a lot of promotion is done from within.

      Cons

      The pay is very slim. As someone with a college degree, it Is very hard to justify taking such a paycut, even taking into consideration the great environment and friendly people. We do not get paid enough for the work we do, any other college/school system would pay a great deal more.

      Pros

      The benefit package is good, generous vacation and personal time. The employees are very nice. It is nice to be able to help people.

      Cons

      There are not enough people on the phones. It is mentally draining to receive call after call with no breathing room in between. It seems like some people work constantly taking call after call while others are able to be off the phones talking to one another. People get promoted or leave and are not replaced. It also seems that management cares about management and no one else.
