great people, good benefits, excellent location. This is a good place to work but you can make more money in another location.

Cons

the salary is adjusted for the location. If you can work in a bigger city doing the same job, you will make more money doing it.

Benefits are good. Now I'm trying to fill my minimum wordage.

Cons

Pay is bad. Company has been sold every few years for more than a decade. No stability. Haven't had a COLA in years. Management has stated explicitly that this will not change.
