The mission - providing affordable education to those unable to be served by traditional education is rewarding. The challenge - priorities are constantly shifting, requiring the team to be nimble and flexible. The team - some of the best and brightest.

Cons

We can sometimes move too fast, and priorities shift too quickly.

Real value in education. We help students on their path to success. People that did not finish high school can earn their diploma and build their confidence. You cannot believe how transformational this education is for our students. The work is meaningful, the people care and it is fun!

Cons

Regulators do not understand the value of what we offer and can make things more challenging for Penn Foster overall. We are here to help students!

Mission-based -- Penn Foster really does help people get the education they need to start a career, and at a low cost, and really does keep the student's best interest first Lots of career growth opp - very ambitions goals to transform the organization, and lots of progress made -- and people that step up get recognized and rewarded

Cons

Can be difficult to navigate through organization sometimes -- but all typical of a company of a growth path
