Pros

Flexible Remote work Good coworkers

Cons

Leadership says they're transparent but they aren't, company cares more about making as much money as possible vs actually benefitting students or employees. Very corporate environment with language and how people speak Leadership out of touch with the reality of student and employee lives Asks for feedback and how to improve but then doesn't do anything so it seems like a waste of time to say what you actually think Act like they care about company culture but when direct questions are asked, they have no answers

We are dedicated to acting on feedback, strengthening our company culture, and ensuring alignment to our goal of opening doors for learner success. As a current employee, we invite you to please share specific concerns and examples with your manager, or a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, so that they can share the investments we are making in student success this year, talk through your concerns, and answer your questions.

Pros

Work from home position with no set hours or deadlines for papers. Papers are fairly strait forward and system is easy to navigate.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of turnaround in staffing. Grading system at times does not make sense and students are given multiple chances to "pass" an exam or paper. Server issues can make staying online difficult and IT is not very responsive.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that staffing changes can be disruptive and we are actively working to improve ways of working within our team. We are continually looking to improve our policies, including grading and turnaround timeframes to ensure they are fair and consistent to our graders while supporting student success.
