Pros

None that I can think of AT ALL

Cons

Company cares more for the $$ that the 'consumers' bring in than the 'consumers' or YOUR safety and level of care. Corporate culture of demeaning help that wants to do the right thing, encouraging laziness in staff. Be prepared! If a 'consumer' attacks you, you may not defend yourself or push them off - yell 'help'?!? Extremely high turn over in staff - speaks volumes.

Pros

Great Company, great training, great people to work with. Stand by core values and room for advancement. Always overtime available

Cons

Pay still not up to standards for what is required. It is your life and you can get burned out.
