Pros

- The pay is really good for the experience you bring to the company. They gave me what I asked for no haggling. - They have pretty good benefits. - The people so far have been pleasant to work with and are very helpful. - The training was really good. - They have lots of opportunities for growth. I would recommend this company as a great place to work.

Cons

- I am not looking at this as a Con but an improvement. I would like to see better benefits. What they have is actually is comparable to other small companies. - Another opportunity for improvement is modern computer systems. I know they are expensive but, it is the wave of the future.

Pros

I’m genuinely proud to be part of this organization. Leadership fosters a culture of support, growth, and teamwork that’s felt every day. There’s a strong focus on professional development, and it’s clear that employee success is just as important as business success. The compensation is competitive and fair, and the full-time remote structure allows for true work-life balance without sacrificing connection with teammates or leadership. Communication is transparent, and everyone is encouraged to share ideas and ask questions. If you value a positive work environment, ongoing growth opportunities, and being part of a team that genuinely wants you to succeed, this is a great place to build your career.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. Every company has room to grow, but from my experience, leadership here is proactive, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
