Pros

Excellent company to work for. Great people, ample opportunity for advancement, good pay and benefits, and the job allows flexible hours and a good work/life balance.

Cons

I think there should be more telecommute opportunities for employees in positions where being on-site is not really required.

Excellent team of co-workers and loyal clients to service who appreciate our assistance in improving the safety of their workplace. Interesting work that is never the same two days in a row.

Cons

Antiquated, time consuming method of expense accounting. Management has repeatedly used losses sustained in other regions to justifying reducing/witholding earned annual bonuses for local employees.
