Pros

I suppose if you have kids, the tuition benefit would be nice if the school were any good. Also, free access to the WSJ is aces.

Cons

Pay is well below scale even considering benefit package. University touts affordability of State College area, but real estate and services are priced near city levels. My portfolio increased by 35% with no increase in pay. My supervisor texts me QAnon memes and links in the middle of the night and HR says there's nothing they can do about it.

Pros

Good Benefits, vacation and sick but only for full time employees.

Cons

Pay is horrible, coworkers were hard to deal with and and HR never helped when asked for it. I had numerous occasions where I asked for help by a coworker bulling me and even training me wrong. I got blamed for and that person never got in trouble.
