Benefits are the reason most stay here.

Cons

Middle management is completely out of touch with their workforce. They just turn a blind eye to the blatant disregard to their own policies. No accountability and constantly push extra work onto the few workers they actually depend on the most.

Pros

Inexpensive health benefits, good core values and top level management is reassuring and committed to long term stable employment.

Cons

Not much opportunity to advance, low pay and sometimes wildly fluctuating work hours. The group manager has created a micromanaging nightmare. Team leaders are generally inexperienced. They are easily stressed out and make things worse by putting their spin on things and make up rules to benefit them in the particular situation.
