Pros

Penn united has one of the best health insurance plans out there. Pretty much the only reason to stay here.

Cons

Lots of issues in plating. No real concern for your safety. Toxic/cancer causing chemicals. Low pay for the health risks. Reviews/ raises are based off only the bad things they hear, never ask crew leaders about the performance of the operators. They never reward you when you go above and beyond, so low motivation/no reward for hard work. Penn United as a whole really doesnt care about their long term employees either.

Pros

Great variety of work and high attention to detail.

Cons

Nobody is working for the two VP bois who have never touched a piece of metal let alone know what a Tool and Die maker even does. It has turned into the company the founders left. Nepotism and arrogance from management is the culture now. 4th year of stock decline, first time that’s ever happened and it goes right along when the VPs were promoted.
