A a maintenance fitter in Penn you can be as creative as you please when it comes to repairs. They don't care how you do it, just get it done.

Cons

Very noisy and oily, with a lot of oil mist/vapor in the air.

Plenty of overtime available when busy. Good VHI and dental Good educational supports

Cons

Pay is poor relative to similar factories. Fixed shift premiums (not percentage) and have not been raised in 20 years. Poor management. Keep changing focus and direction. Very focused on short term goals with no long term planning. Workload can be overwhelming when busy.. Very lax on safety and environment.
