The ESOP is the best reason to work at the company - though your shares are weighted by your salary. So the ESOP really is an incentive to stay longer, get fully vested and hopefully climb the ladder and grow your shares.

Cons

Very slow career growth. Management does not take a vested interest in making sure you are happy and growing at the company. Turn over is high to this reason along with low salaries.
