Business Outlook
Pros
- Great experience as my first "real" job in the industry. - Learned a lot overall especially about the engineering industry. - Lots of experienced people that are willing to act as mentors if you are proactive. - Experience depends on your team/manager. I had a great team which is the reason I had such a positive experience. - Everyone was friendly and supportive in general.
Cons
- Not competitive with salaries - All roles are expected to do business development and sales networking - A lot of turnover, especially for lower level roles/younger staff - Very few women, especially in upper management - A little "old school" but not any more so than other engineering firms
