      Pros

      They teach you how to sell cars using their systems. Their systems work. Nice facilities. Free food on the weekends.

      Cons

      Very seasonal work. Pay seems to be less per sale than other dealerships. It depends on how many people want to buy that month. Pay based on customer satisfaction reviews.

      Great 401K, benefits (after a full 12 months of working with them)

      Cons

      Hard to get in, Hard to get out. They claim they love their employee's, yet pay-cut after pay cut, and one failed internal promotion after another leaves you salty. Everyone is told, they will grow, and after nearly 5 years, I've seen they hire whoever will do it the cheapest. They over-promise and under-deliver. Bottom line, their investors are 100 times more important than you are the customers you help.
