      Trimming the "fat" but avoiding the fact that it's leadership that has lost the vision.

      Pros

      Great people. Formally fantastic culture. Good Benefits. Hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of vision. Changes and restructures every year. Poorly managed lay-offs. Sr Leadership is out of touch. The changes recently may be transformative but they are at the expense of talent development, employee well-being, and culture. Economic benefits will be temporary, the lack of focus on talent will result in diminished revenue in the future. High performers are not compensated but rewarded with the work of other low performers.

      Pros

      Good pay. Good benefits. Paid time off.

      Cons

      They don't listen when you tell them something is wrong with the machines. They claim they want our opinions to make our jobs easier but when we give it to them, we're not heard and we're stuck working in conditions that could be improved.

      Endless organization changes

      Pros

      Good people, teamwork, collaboration which is a great culture .

      Cons

      So many frequent Organization changes without careful consideration, pool leadership, Pretty much every function understaffed, but management team would rather spend millions of millions money on all kinds of consulting companies instead of adding staffs, they don’t trust employee’s feedback.
