The Benefits are really good.

Cons

Overbearing, micromanaging leadership. Too concerned with metrics and reporting than its people. You are overworked and under paid. They want you to do a job of 3 people and then work all hours of the day and night to get the job done, no matter if you have a family or not. They have driven out all the employees that care and that made a difference and replaced them with rigid and uncaring people who are so obsessed with making themselves look good to management that they screw over everyone else in their way.

always had a nice company car

Cons

cheated me out of vacation by calling daily and forcing us to handle business 24/7, made us work on incentive trips we earned, and didn't pay my last 2 expense reports and is trying to charge us for items paid going back 5 years. They think using Salesforce across the business platforms will increase sales. Most salespeople are putting bogus info in just to make them happy.
