      None unless you like Napoleon as a leader!

      People are leaving in mass which is telling. The senior management is poor and thinks they know everything. Organization is heavily political.

      Company makes money but still closes plants then buys something......using M&A as a tool to manage Wall street Expectations Great work life balance as you do nothing except some simple paperwork.....no real engineering.....all simple fitting changes and simple CAD work.....

      Horrible management....never know you will be in job next year
