      Pros

      There are some good people working here. Most are not at management level. The product lines are interesting.

      Cons

      There are lots of posters with meaningless corporate slogans on them, but they do not at all live up to the values they preach. The new thing is to go through culture training which is rather invasive and not very helpful. Middle management is pretty much inept, and do not know the first thing about the work done by the people that report to them. The next layer of management above them is even more clueless.

      Pros

      Good employees who want things to be better. Individuals want to be successful but the management doesn't know how to remove their heads from their hind ends to make this happen. I miss the people that worked there not the people who ran those individuals into the ground.

      Cons

      Poor management that doesn't recognize the difference between a good and bad employee. Most managers there are just about making the numbers not about improving the company or the individuals who work there.

      keep changing structure, and management, no spending on R&D, no clear strategy how to grow with the upper management dont understand what is going on on the ground
