Pros

The pay was Ok as well as some of the training.

Cons

They did very little to promote those actually excelling and lost their culture in about a three year span. They promote woman and/or minorities that support a very liberal management agenda. If you are a white male, you have zero chance for promotion. A case study on how not to treat good employees. I actually had an HR person tell me I was over paid when it wasnt even relevant to the conversation and my reviews were really good.

Pros

An international business opportunity. The company has a very flexible business structure. The top management is in the US. Ethical values are very important for the company.

Cons

A very complicated business structure. Difficult to understand cross-functional relations. M&A's are very common. Almost every year new companies added.
