      Pros

      Pentair is widely known in the water treatment and water systems business. Through acquisition, they accumulated many of the legacy brands that were the cornerstones of the water industry and founded by truly great entrepreneurs throughout the past 100 years.

      Cons

      Every day, more people that I have worked with at Pentair in Brookfield WI, Glendale WI, are resigning because of poor treatment and lack of integrity by management. The culture is no longer one of teamwork, honest collaboration, and growth that it once was. It is a grind pulling into the parking lot every day.
